Nuclear Transport Solutions (NTS) is responsible for the commercial management of PNTL.

Split over two locations with the head office based at Hinton House, Warrington in Cheshire and at Herdus House in Cumbria, located in the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s headquarters, close to the Sellafield Site.

NTS is responsible for ship operations, contract negotiation and management, licensing and regulatory approvals, health and safety, strategic planning, fleet development and external communications.
