David Peattie is CEO of the UK’s Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). Before joining the NDA, he was CEO at Fairfield Energy, and prior to that, held a number of technical, commercial and senior management positions during 33 years at BP.
Mr Peattie is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Ciara is an experienced leader with a strong track record of delivering high-value complex projects with domestic and international clients. Before becoming co-CEO Ciara was NTS’s Chief Operating Officer, having previously held senior commercial roles with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and BAE systems.  

Before becoming co-CEO Ben was NTS’s Chief Development Officer and led our Solutions and Shipping business lines. He has a wealth of experience leading, managing and regulating highly complex nuclear programmes globally, and was previously a Senior Inspector at the UK’s Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR).

Olivier Roulleaux Dugage holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a French Engineering degree in Energy. He has 20 years of work experience in nuclear activities in Europe, United States and Asia, including 2 years of expatriation in China, and 5 years in Japan. Today he is head of the Sales and Strategy department of Orano Nuclear Packages and Services.

Yoshiaki Matsumoto became a PNTL Director in October 2024.
Mr. Matsumoto joined JAPC in 1995 and has over 29 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry.
Today, he is Acting General Manager of Purchasing and Contracts at The Japan Atomic Power Company (JAPC).
Mr. Matsumoto completed his education at the Faculty of Economics at Musashi University
